Headlights malfuntion

Hi I have 2010 BMW X5 35d E70. The both main head lights (outer ones) do not come on whether in auto or manual mode. I checked fuse no.'s 96,114,124 in rear fuse compartment. These fuses are fine. What else do I look at? thx

Both low beam & highbeam would not come on. Plz Help.

Your low and high beam are the same beam, the inner light is a dummy light.

Theirs a small shield that flips out of the way that gives you a full beam, as far as both lights not working haven't a clue. Why not take it to the dealer and have them diagnose it. Once you know you can then decide if you can take on the job and fix it yourself.

Have you check fuses in front (=passenger footwell)?
