Bubbling liquid sound from exhaust on idle

Anyone else notice what sounds like liquid bubbling from the exhaust at idle at the rear on an E70? It's the weirdest thing but my x5m has always had this and when I was shopping around and test driving other x5m's I noticed it as well. Curious if it's pretty normal and what causes it.
