Power Steering Leak around Steering Rack

I need your expert opinion,

I picked up my X5 2007 after the 30K KM service from the dealer, and I was told that they found a power steering leak under the steering rack. I still need to take back to find out the exact cause. My question would it be possible that the leak would be coming from the rack itself with this kind of milage and especially my driving style is not aggressive at all.
