SAL Extender Warranty for X5M?

Hey guys, need some advice:

Just bought out my 2011 X5M. It has 22k on it after 3 years of driving so clearly I don't drive it much, and I still have another year of factory warranty left (until FEB 2014). Dealer offered me SAL Extended warranty to cover the car until February of 2017. The deductible is $200 and the cost is $3,000 for the Superior Coverage which their best/ most comprehensive product.

What are your guys thoughts? Should I go for it?
Also, the extended warranty actually costs $4,000 but they have a promotion that brings it down to $3,000, the promo is only available for another day, hence the urgency on my part.

Paragraph "a", shows that all of those items are covered by the the superior plan. Where is the Schedule of coverage page. That's the one you have to read carefully.
