New X5 Owner
Greetings and Happy 2014!
Just took delivery of a Deep Sea Blue/Sand leather X5. Coming from a Grand Cherokee I was blown away by the positive difference in the X5. Hope to learn, share and participate over the next bit while I enjoy driving my X5, "Blue". Cheers! |

Welcome. I'm also new to this forum but not to BMW ownership. You'll love it. There is no comparison. The handling on the X5 is what blows me away every time I drive it.

Tell us more about the GC. My E70 is coming off warranty soon and I am considering my options (extended warranty, Toureg or possibly GC). The Toureg is a very nice car but those GCs are much cheaper, potentially cheaper than an extended warranty based on a trade in value I was quoted.

Thank you for the greetings!
Pic.'s to come one Buffalo has a decent weekend. The GC was ok. Felt like a bus when taking corners. Little feedback from steering. Seat heaters suck. Visibility is lacking. The final straw was the inability of the dealer to fix an unpredictable air suspension (Quadra-Lift). Very happy to be in my Blue |

Get a tune and Ti Kidney Grills.... One for "go" and one for "show"...
I'll have a look into both. Why the Titanium though and not a matte black or black? Thank you |

We're in a bit of a Polar Vortex blizzard with Lake Effect snow. Blinding snow, high winds and -3 before the lovely wind chill of -20. |
