Confused about Tune

Okay, so I know some of this info is out there, however, I have a specific set-up question for best tune out there.

I have a cat back exhaust (Fabspeed Supercup) and do not want to add down pipes.

I want a tune with the ability to convert back to stock for warranty and eventually sale/trade purposes.

What tune to do you recommend for the best performance gains and why?
I am looking at Eurocharged, VF Hex, Active AutoWerke, ESS, Velos, RaceChip.

Any others you recommend?
