X5 Shuddering

Hi folks
Cant remember if I asked this before but my 2001 petrol/lpg X5 sometimes shudders in low gear under acceleration. It does not do it all the time but seems to happen at around 20-25 mph accelerating and dissapears at about 30 mph. If I put the foot down it seems to go as well. Any ideas please?

Fuel injectors need cleaning?
