2011 X5d purchase advice

I've found a 2011 X5d I'm thinking of pulling the trigger on and wanted to know if I should be aware of anything. My main thoughts are the difference between a 2011 and 2012/13. The 11 has the new face lift which I think is the same as the 12/13's. Is there any major differences that I should know?

lots of milage for 2011. My 2007 has 61k. But I dont know if thats good or bad.

Out of warranty, but good condition and full service records. One owner... 31k
