tire help for x6

I am considering getting the 215 style rims. I live in the midwest so i need all season tires, and i would like to keep the very wide tires. i found all season pirelli's that are still 385. i am concerned about how the 385 mm tires will get around in the snow. does anybody have any advice?

+1 I used the Conti DWS Extreme Contact this winter in Kansas City and they were GREAT.

I put the DWS on my 535xi and they were fantastic.. blew the OEM tires out of the water. I plan on doing the same with my X6 as soon as winter starts

so the large width of the tires didnt impact the snow performance
