Cluster Gauge: E70 vs. E60

Does anyone know if the cluster gauge for the E70 and E60 share the same components? Are they interchangable? Thinking about swapping out portions of a M5 cluster with my E70 for cosmetic purposes.

Cosmetic difference i know is that the e60 cluster goes to 200 and the e70 goes to 180 (at least on the M one). which portions are thinking of swapping?

I was going to swap out the gauge rings and (possibly the) needles of my current cluster to those from a M5 cluster.
