20mm or 25mm Spacers with Fender Flares

What to do,

I am going to put some FENDER FLARES on.

I have 20inch Factory wheels with 315 on the rear.

Should I go with 20 or 25mm spacers on the back?

Do the 25 stick out of the fender flares? or are they just flush?

25mm and that's still a few mm tuck in from flare.
Attached quick iphone snaps of 25mm on the X5M for you.

Exact same flare, same size tire/wheel with M-Sport pkg (20x11, 315/35/20).

No vibration issues on your X5 M at speed with the 12 mm and 25 mm spacers in front and rear?

X5 M or Msport flares are wider than the normal X5 sport activity package flares.

I have this same feeing! That is why my 20mm spacers fit pretty flush.
Are you sure about that?

I am kind of worried about this also.

I have the felling that M FLARES are wider as the rear bumper matches it.

I just ordered 15mm front and 25mm rear, worried it was a bit much.

Right now, I am totally flush without FENDER FLARES.

I guess I could go measure if the M are bigger if I wasn't so lazy. My M runs 15/25 and my diesel 12/20 the M looks way more aggressive.

Hi Brent
X5M Flares are different than X5 LCI and wount work but i purchased a set of wide flares for the LCI right from the Dealer called "Retrofit Kit " Part #51-77-0-421-056 costs $429.78 comes with the plastic rivets that you need to install them.

Or you can buy them on eBay from a BMW dealer for $300.

I have 25mm on my 11 in the read and 12.5's in the front on the 19" square setup. I still have a staggered set of 20's I have yet to put rubber on so I don't know how they will look yet but I'll adjust accordingly if needed.

The current look on the square setup looks great with the FF's I put on if I don't say so myself. Still need to finish things up when I put the new wheels on, the final touches will be painting the spacers and rotor hi-hats to give it that more finished look.

the 215 style wheels are 21 " staggered, 285 front and 325 rear. I'm a little worried that 15 and 25 F/R spacers will be too much. Anybody ever run spacers with this wheel setup?
