X5 E70 Wheel Fitment 19x9.5 23 offset

Hey guys I'm looking into inquiring some wheels for my 2010 X5 35d and I would like to know if I would have any wheel rubbing with this wheel spec.

I am currently looking at the TE37 Ultra M Spec 19x9.5 23ET offset square setup. If this deems to be too much of an offset I would look at a 36ET offset in Face 3 of the wheel.

Check this site out. For comparison sake I run style 467m's which are 19x9 ET36 with 30mm spacers just in the rear. Square setup with stock tire size for 19s.
Fitment is about perfect for what I'm looking for.

I run the following with zero rubbing.

20x10 et 17 w/275/40
20x11 et 10 w/315/35


You should be fine, but 19's do look small on the e70.
