2010 e70 pre-LCI tail light wiring

My inner right tail light (on the hatch) is not working. There is a 2 stage braking bulb in the lower part of the assembly and the night running light strip in the upper part. When I went to troubleshoot the sheet metal fell apart and the connector was corroded somewhat. Rather than buy a new one I’d like to just rewire the connections myself. However while the connector has 3 wires leading to it, there are only 2 leads inside the connector female side. I’m looking for a wiring diagram or a description because I’m sure I need all 3 connections meaning because there are two lights on different circuits with common ground. Am I right? Maybe the third fell out of the connector. I don’t want to remove or disturb the left side because it’s working fine.

Should be 3 wires. Yellow/Violet, Black/Yellow, and Brown (ground). Which one is missing?
