F15/F85 Grilles fitment on E70?

Just wondering if anyone here has installed the F15/F85 Double Slat Grilles on their E70. Love the look of them. Planning to grab a set from the dealer if they do fit. Asked them already and the parts guy just told me parts made for that specific vehicle won't fit mine but he sounded like he didn't know what he was talking about.

Incredibly doubtful... A quick visual comparison shows they aren't the same shape at all.

I was going to say, you can buy them off ebay although they aren't going to be OEM.

The problem with those are their vary cheaply molded, doesn't have the quality of the OE part but I guess it doesn't matter to much. Just up close you can see their not the best.

why? You just want the double slats? You can buy aftermarket ones with double slats.

I wanna do then as well, but I'm not interested in spending $150+ on plastic ones when we can get carbon fiber ones for that price.

I like their look since it's a departure from what's stock on an E70, but at the same time I don't wanna wash between them every time either.

I have a similar aftermarket grill, it replicated the OEM well clip-wise but still required a little bit of fiddling and a small amount of double sided tape to make them fit like a glove, I much prefer the black over the chrome.

This is how it looks like, the last pic it's what I ordered on eBay, should be here next week, it goes on the new hood, so we'll see how it works out! I wanted to keep this a secret but I guess no more
