E70 30d LCI Long Term Reliability?

Hi All, hoping some long term E70 owners can help me out. We bought our E70 as one of the last builds before the new model arrived in 2013. It has been faultless and fantastic in the 3.5 years we have owned it. It is an MSport model with 3rd row seats (and thus rear air suspension) and panoramic roof, otherwise very standard. It has a full BMW service history and has now done 70,000kms. It still has 1.5 years of included free servicing to go. It still drives great, no rattles, no issues. I am at a cross roads as to whether now is the time to upgrade to an F15. I would be happy to keep our E70 for another 40,000kms / 2 years or even longer but am wondering if there are likely to be any expensive repair items in store as we approach those sort of km's.... Unfortunately the depreciation means it will be a $45k-$50k exercise to upgrade, and that will be to a 25d sDrive, not a 30d like we have now. Would love to hear from anyone who has had experience at these kms and what their experience was... Cheers!
