BMW XDrive 4.0d

Hi Folks,

A dealer here in Malaysia is offering me the BMW X5 XDrive40d which is imported from UK. What the car itself is marvelous, my biggest concern is the fuel grade. I understand that the XDrive40d is built for diesel with Euro5 diesel. However here in malaysia, our diesel grade is only Euro2M. Will it be safe to use Euro2M diesel for the XDrive40D ?

Is there any modification that is required in order to suit to Euro2M ?
Likewise, the Xdrive40d can use Euro4 diesel or not (malaysia is planning to move to Euro4 in 2-3years time)

Appreciate your reply.
