Spacers, my solution!

I think we all agree that the stock wheels on this X5M need to be a bit more aggressive to take advantage of those wide wheels and bulldog stance wheel wells.

I think I have found a combination that IMHO is the Goldilocks zone for this truck. Here are the pics and the links to where you can buy exactly what I have on my ride.

The set up is 12mm in the rear, and 10mm in the front. I did try to run 12 and 12 and the fronts looked stupid as hell. Even my neighbor noticed that it looked "off". I traded the 12mm for 10mm and everything was right. I know some of you guys are running with a more aggressive set up and God bless you, for me, this is a nice subtle stance that looks factory and super clean.

Also, that Chemical Guys two stage treatment!

(spacers just need to be sprayed black, a 5 year old can do it)

Double check the bolt harness. Must be min. 10.9 hardness, especially since they're extra long!

I used the v line of products. Since the paint was already decent I just hit it with the v36 and the v38..

I got clear bra on the rear section of the car, the back Lowe half of the door that bulges out, you can see in the 3rd and 5th pic..

I had it on the CLS and I hated it. I also had it on the E and I hated it a little less. Now on this rig I no longer hate it, I'm just indifferent about it. It was a breaking in process for me. Lol

It's a must that clear bra, especially on dark cars. Truth is I've never noticed it on other peoples cars even though they are in all of them, so I figure no one notices it on mine.
