H&r springs popping

Anyone have this issue. After a year of installation and no noise, it started popping. BMW looked at it and has confirmed it is the springs as they have inspected and replaced many of the joints, lower control arms, and endlinks.

it only occurs at rolling speeds and turning

Have you confirmed that they are seated correctly on the upper and lower perches?

If that is ok, the end links may be something to look at; unless those have been replaced as well...

the endlinks have been checked. I have yet to check if they are set in the perches properly but I don't see why it would go off after a year of driving.

could jacking up the throw it out of their perch?

Turned out to be the silver skid plate at the bottom. You really have to tighten the bleep out of it
