Hi

Anybody got ID 08693 in their service history and know which dealer it is? It was the supplying dealer of my AUC and just interested where the PDC was carried out.

Can't find a list of IDs anywhere and only know the following IDs so far:

05334 = Partridge BMW Chandlers Ford
10521 = Wayside BMW Milton Keynes

I’m out of the country at the moment so I can’t check ours (or those within the extended family) I’m afraid. Happy to add to this, unless we can get a list from BMW GB?

Given the online / digital nature of service history now this would be a useful resource.

Great idea, as I would have struggled to find out myself if I didn't already have the original invoices as a paper hard copy service history too.

Dealer no. 08637 is Lloyd BMW Colne

Dealer no. 10048 is Sytner Leicester

If you post up the first 2 letters of your numberplate then that will indicate the region where the car was registered, which might help to narrow down the dealer or group.

Since posting I've found about 50 dealer IDs, just not the one I'm looking for! I'll add them to the thread later today.

This is very true but this list could be of value for anyone purchasing an AUC or private sale car to check its history at each dealer and see if they can shed light on anything the seller/selling dealership is not disclosing.

It is worth mentioning that the numbers do relate to the garage or outfit that the equipment to update the iDrive is registered to. This can be independents so don’t assume it’s a BMW dealer that’s carried out the services.

I thought the BMW dealer in MK was Lancaster. If your reg starts KM then I’d of thought that was the supplying dealer. If you go into any dealer and ask them to print out a VZAR for your vehicle, it will show the supplying dealer on there.

Can't you just phone any dealership and ask, I'm pretty sure they would know and no reason not to tell you.

When your private 'mini-cock' plate is taken off, the car will be provided with an age-related plate from the region where first registered.
