About to ditch 20" runflats on M sport

As title suggests, I cant stand the bloody things and the ride is ten times better on our 19" winters so want to go to normal tyres. On our old E53 we had diamaris on and they wore well and handled well. Has anyone ditched the runflats on the E70 and if so have you got any recomendations.
Thanks

I have an E70 with 19" runflats and it drives nice. Maybe the 1" makes a big difference?

I've had yoko advans and continental dws both non runflat and in the 20" staggered sizes. Both rode better than the runflats but the continentals by far are the most comfortable tyre I've had on the X5. They handle well, are comfortable, have excellent treadwear rating, and are very quiet. Would buy these again but looks like it won't be any time soon as they are lasting so long!
