2012 x5d deals?

i was offered 2500 under invoice today for a 2012 x5d. Since I didn't even say one word to haggle and they offered me 2500 under invoice, I'm curious what kind of deals others are getting on 2012 diesels right now. is this standard, or can I go much lower?

There is currently a $3500 ecocredit from BMW. All in all, $2500 under invoice does not sound too bad. That was my deal last week.
