someone help before i start smashing things

recently purchased the py24w led turn signals from weisslicht.

the instruction video makes it look like its a 5 min job. it took only seconds to remove the stock bulb. but placing the led in the cover is almost impossible . i get it on 3/4 of the way but the video says you have to turn all the way. i tried both bulbs on both covers and nothing.

thats the first nightmare. second you have to somehow seat the bulb back into the light housing by first seating two prongs in the housing into the bulbs then push the light in and turn. sounds simple only that to put the bulb in your reaching your hand all the way into the compartment and cant see the light or prongs, how are you supposed to do this without looking and not breaking the housing?

of course customer support are all unavailable. anyone had any luck?
the video says the x5 is supposed to be the easiest. yeah right
