my 135i is fast...but the ///M's are just amazing. the power and torque delivery doesn't even begin to make sense. did you ever play with matchbox cars or hotwheels when you were a kid? remember how you could just grab ahold of one and slide it across the floor so fast and so easily that it was like nothing? well...this engine is that powerful. it's like God Himself reached down, grabbed your 2 and-a-half ton SAV, and is now pushing it down the road toward the horizon with perception-bending speed. yes...it is THAT fast!

That is how fast you can get in trouble with it or scare a passenger, too!

I took the X6 out today and while still driving very calmly you could feel the power just wanting to be let loose... These cars are awesome... nothing really else to say

How hard did you drive it? Don't you have to follow a break-in period, as with other M models?????

the M's have such power and torque that you do not even have to exceed 4000RPM to get a sense of its insanity. i found little need to take it out of standard drive and move the gear selector into sport to get it up to speed effortlessly.

and yes, there is a break-in period. it is very similar to other M cars, but because of the torque on tap, this should be easy to adhere to.

and hello from Tallahassee! yes, launch supply cars...999 designations.
