08 X5 3.0 Rough Idle

I have an intermittent rough idle where the vehicle starts to stumble as if it's going to shut down, every once in a while i get a sudden engine surge while idling.I usually turn the vehicle off and it returns to normal when i restarted.
I Installed new plugs a couple of months ago when i purchased along with some other work. I have no codes.

Has anyone experienced this with their 3.0? Going to clean the MAF sensor to see if it helps.
