head rest healp!!

so I have 09 X5 with M package. I had non m-packaged X5 b4 i traded in. This one i got has different headres. its thicker like 2 pieces not one so u can adjust to make it thicker or thiner like moving 2 pieces forward or backward. I dont know if this makes any sense. Anywayz my question is, how do i adjust to make it go up or down. The other one, there was small button on the base of the headrest, all i had to do is to press and move the headrest up and down. I couldnt find any button for it to go up or down. Only the button on the side of the headrest it self to move front and back

it's probably electric. Try pulling up (or pushing DOWN) the electronic tilt controls on the bottom of the seat
