OEM Wheel arch extension retrofit

Has anyone recently purchased the wheel arch extension retrofit BMW part number 51 77 0 421 056? I'm seeing prices as high as $400 for these I was quoted with tax $180 a few months ago at a local dealer.

I ordered some last week from my local dealer and was quoted $400!

I have found them at a dealer now for $229+shipping, but waiting on a quote for one other dealer tomorrow. I guess theres no where to find it for $130 anymore!

They are the wider arches that are stock on 4.8 models..

cool - are they easy to install and I am assuming they come in stock black plastic for my Alpine White X5 35d

You will need a rivit gun, but they arent too complicated I am having them painted first before being installed.
