Thumbs up Found a solution for the low battery warning

Just for some of you that may have experienced a "low battery warning" mostly in M cars, I would like to share you a tip on how I did it.

The problem comes mostly on cars that don't get too much mileage on a daily basis, for example, in my case, I drive barely 20 miles per weekday, I got this message a couple of times, in less than a year or so.

Last week my dealer recoded my car and instead of getting a slow charge, it gives a battery a faster and more agressive charge, so the battery gets the chage it needs in less mileage driven.

This code has been design for low use cars like mine, now the battery works great and engine starts in a heartbeat.
Hope this will help someone here.

I had the same issue, except mine gets driven much more. The solution that the BMW engineer discovered after they put my car through a battery of tests and parts was that the battery cable was bad. Cant remember the exact name for it, but haven't had an issue in over a year now.
