E70 X5M - Help with Torque Specs

Hi all,

Can someone pls help me with Torque Specs for the following? I've been searching around but wasn't able to find anything. nothing on BMW TIS either.

1. Water Pump
2. Thermostat
3. Oil Pan
4. HPFP
5. Valve Covers

or if there's a document/manual that I can get to (paid or free).
