X5 35d Shaking at idle after a pull

My E70 35d shakes at idle after I do a pull to redline. It's tuned and deleted with DUDMD stage 2. The car drives and idles perfectly when driving around normally and tows great. However, if I do a pull to redline and then let it go back to idle it will start to shake and idle rough. The weird thing is that the rough idle will eventually just go away after driving maybe 50 miles then it's back to a perfect idle.

I get two codes with ProTool which are:
4596 Operational Smoothness Regulator, Cylinder 3
4CE3 Misfire detection, Cylinder 3

Already did CBU cleaning and walnut shell blast. I also reset adaptions after the walnut blast. Could it be an injector? Did I mess something up doing the walnut blast?

Does anyone have any ideas what it could be? When under acceleration it is really smooth and there is no misfire. It only occurs at idle.

Sounds like it might be an injector on its way out!
