by base stereo you mean the 6 speaker system.
1 in each door and under seats. No tweeter?
There is no amp in that kit.
So there is no harness.
Speakers go directly to the head unit.
If you mean hifi then there is.

I have one from my e60 550i. I don't know if it'll work. I know it doesn't work in my '13 X5M.
