Those mods not worth 25k and doesn't add value to the car, he won't even get half the money back on those mods. He priced it way too high, similar year and less miles are selling in low 40s and tell me why this worth 65k?

No kidding. I have a mint X5m 14' over 120k new and 50k miles and NOBODY is willing to pay more thank 50k. Lol. Good luck. Also I have over 30k in upgrades.
