love the black and white, you should think about tinting the windows and tail lights/side markers.

I must admit, I like the standard black wheel arches and bumpers as IMHO gives a nice contrast with the white.
I am looking into a deisel tune box system, something not too obvious in regards to warranty...
Saving up for a proper lowering job...any suggestions??

I've fitted a DTUK CRD-T tuner box currently on my X5, very easy to install and removable.

Have a look at this link:

Is anyone have an "engine malfunction" error at high revs with their diesel X5?
It's happened twice now with and without the diesel tuning chip in it.

No, since I haven't tuned yet, but very interested to hear, since I was planning to...

Is your 40d standard or have you fitted a diesel chip or tuner box?

Very happy with the way it goes! I can also say that it handles just as good as my previous BMW 135 Convertible!! and only 0.5 sec slower 0-100km/hr (0-62 miles/hr)

It does handle well, almost as good as the BMW car. I was surprised at the beginning myself by the way it handled.
