Manheim Market Report question. How are X5 diesel values doing?

Anyone have access to the MMR? I am shopping for an X5 diesel and over the past few weeks lots seem to be coming on the market. I am wondering if the VW dieselgate is affecting X5 diesel values?

thanks

I think right now with the national price of unleaded fuel, we will probably see a dip in the values. Also you'll start seeing more as people start running out of their 4yr 50k warranty and are trading in their vehicles. Well equipped 35d models should fetch a premium as they are rare to come by especially with sport package. I researched for about 6 months before buying mine and had to extend my search nationwide.

As for the VW scandal, I don't see this being/having much of an impact on used diesel X5s for several reasons. Frankly, it seems not a lot of consumers are overly concerned in general.

If you want to throw out a sample VIN (or just the first 10 digits of a sample VIN) I can run MMR for you.

Thanks for the great info. Not a lot of data prior to VW's issues . Can you run 2011 which should have more results? 5UXZW0C58BL662101

Why would the mess at VW have any impact on X5 diesels?
