How do you take off the glovebox wood trim?

I am getting my interior trims hydrodipped in carbon and struggling to figure out how to take off the front left trim on the glovebox.

Does anybody know how this comes off?

Thanks

It's held on with plastic rivets that you would need to drill. With the glove box open, you can remove the back cover (two screws I believe). Once that is off you can see the plastic rivets.
