HELP, E70 JBE issue after disconnecting!!

Hello, new to this forum as a registered member but have used it for countless BMW's issues the past 5 years.

I recently disconnected the JBE's blue connector and pulled all of the fuses out of the JBE while trying to check for a burnt fuse. I did all of this without disconnecting the battery. After all the fuses were back in and i reconnected the JBE's blue connector i started the car and my windshield wipers would not turn off, the ASC, DSC 4x4 warning came on and the speedometer stopped working.

i used my autel maxidiag to read codes and try to delete them but none of them would go away.

most all of the codes read no message.

I have tried hard resetting the the car by touching the positive and negative battery cables together with no luck. I have also tried deleting all of the pending codes with no luck. I am curious if i need to flash the modules or if there is something else i need to do. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
