Weird radio memory key fob issue..

I had an extra key fob that hadn't been used and the battery was dead. I swapped the battery and the X5 had no memory of anything saved to it. So I reprogrammed my radio stations and seat positions and everything is well. I noticed that when I enter the X5 without pressing the fob (using the handles to enter), the radio defaults to the first station on the FM band. When I use the key fob to unlock, it goes back to the last station I had it on, as normal. Any ideas as to whats going on?

I have another fob, the main one I've always used, and wanted to know is there any way to copy the memory settings from one to the other? Or program both to have the same memory at the same time?
