E70 X5M LPFP Flow?

Hey guys, just looking for some data on the low pressure fuel pump. Couldn't seem to find anything. Does anyone know the flow rate on the stock pump? Wondering how much power has been made on the stock unit before I upgrade it. Possibly how the lines run in the tank to the feed, which looks like it comes out of the back of the tank and not the fuel hat like normal? TIA

I believe the F10 M5 uses a similar in-tank pump and from what I gather, around 650ish is where the stock fuel system seems to tap out but it's the Injectors/hpfp's that seem to be the limit. Most add meth injection to add cooling and fuel to take it higher.

Pump should be be under the rear seat passenger side access plate. Something BMW was doing all the way back to my 77 E21. Wish all car manufacturers did this, most make you drop the entire tank (looking at you GM).

It's just very odd it supports that much power given how small the actual feed line is.

Does anyone have a pic of how it's routed in the tank?

Basically, I'm upgrading the line to an -8an feed so not having a conventional fuel hat set-up like most cars is weird. I'd also want to run an 100 micron external filter and not the stock basket set-up.

Is anyone here running full e85 and has an upgrade path?

TIA.

direct injection can make a lot more power with smaller lines
