Arrow Running Smaller Wheels/tires (16") on X5?

Bent one of the wheels on my 2012 X5 35i, but have a spare wheelset from E90. The spare wheelset is 205/55/R16.

While I am looking for the replacement, and given the brakes clearance, is it okay to run on this size of the wheels on E70?

Aside from not clearing the brakes, I know the lug bolts are larger on an E70 (M14 vs. M12), and I'd be shocked if the center hole is the same diameter. IIRC, the center hole on an E53 was the same as an E90, but the E70 is larger. Used wheels are all over ebay.

If they bolted up

And if they cleared the brakes

You'd be fine as long as all 4 matched the same rotational circumference...

With the main exception being your speedometer would be off.... But you wouldn't hurt the truck.
