I am interested in it also, i just cant make my mind up on the front bumper.

Would be nice to get the rear bumper insert as a start.

Just bought the 21" ferric grey wheels , so those wheels on the performance are out !
Yes I've ordered the full kit, but can't decide on having the new side sill's fitted or whether to keep the aluminium running boards I have now. You have to order two new painted PDC sensors with the front bumper at £120 each!!

What sort of price are you paying for the kit fitted + painted? I got a price of £2700

Was that price including the two painted PDC sensors for the front bumper?

It was front and rear bumpers plus side skirts fitted and painted, they also said they would throw in the performance grill but I have this already. I did confirm with them that it was an "all in" price. I am also under the impression that If I drove down credit card in hand I could have shaved a bit more off.

from realoem for my X6

01 Ultrasonic converter plug, straight SCHWARZ 8 66209139868 $129.88

They are standard black ones, the painted ones add to the price!

What do you think of the alcantara performance steering wheel? The photo's I've seen on here show different paddle shifters to the normal ones. They look like right for upshift left for downshift, which makes much more sense than the current setup.

I read that as the price for 8, 4 on the front 4 on the rear, the body shop will take 2 mins to paint each one. Why cant you re-use the ones in your bumper, your not changing car colour are you?

I had an alcantara wheel in my RS6 avant and it was ok for 4000 miles but after that it showed clear signs of wear. Audi said it was reasonable wear and tear and the finish was acceptable. If the X6 is your second or third car and its almost museum piece then ok but I would avoid it, save your money.

That's the price each, 8 on the car total.

When you fit the performance bumper all four sensors are in body colour, at the moment only two are in body colour with the other two in the black part.

I'm sure you can paint them with no problem but BMW say they won't work when painted with normal paint, or they can malfunction and give false readings
