Interior night pics with Ambient lighting anyone?

Hi Guys,

Please make more pictures of ambient lightning, especially from the door ockets and door handles.This is the coolest thing in BMW.I had these in my previous Audi and its a blast.Please post some pictures !!!!!!!

Please do so, I think this is one of the coolest features but there are no pics on the net.I have it on my 1series but just on the overhead console, and I would really like to see on the doors, locks and in the back how they look!!!

i actually don't think these make any difference as you can't really notice them unless you really come close to the door pockets

I cant wait for mine to arrive... I was suppose to get mine
in December but waiting for the new Idrive in end of March... Oh well... I have to be patient as I know if I rush this I will regret it...

Ok guys here you go. This is about as good as we could get it even with a tripod!

Hope it gives you an idea at least of the ambient lighting.

Thanks guys, as always vod74 managed to get them! The back seats actually have a lot more ambient lighting that what you see in the pic. Just imagine the back looking the same as the centre part of the front.

How to adjust? Adjust fr where? Izzit the scrolling wheel to adjust the light intensity of the speedometer?

Ha I never thought that the intensity of the control display would affect the internal ambient lighting. I will have to check that out next time!

Hmm, I never noticed the lighting in the map pockets int he doors. Will have to look tonite.

Its impossible to overlook it, maybe just if You have set lightning on the minimum.Its like that with overhead two red dot lights, I dont know for the pocket lights.But on the 7 series You can adjust it.

Well, I checked last night. I don't have that ambient lighting in the map pockets nor the door handle. Maybe it's just on the 50i; I have the 35i. Maybe someone mentioned that in an earlier post and I misssed it?

On a separate note, dimitrik, LOVE that trim you got! Not wood, not brushed aluminum; whatever it is, it is HAWT!
