and its all similar but ur on your own, because I am doing a custom CCV for my S63 too with Troy, with no cross over junk tubes.. Why are you in such a rush, i think he can get this done in the next week or two.

If you have all the parts, you can do it as well, did you get the catchcans already, and all you need is the adapters for everything?

So working on this...

Looking for this fitting on an S63 .... just trying to be fully prepared when I get back to it tomorrow. can anyone tell me where this bad boy is It looks like its comes off the intake But when i was digging around yesterday I didnt see it unless I was distracted with other things.

its all in this thread. Its not simple, because S63 shares the vent across, why i suggested to just wait 2 weeks so Troy can show you how he is doing mine, then you will have diagrams.. Or you can try to read all this and follow it, but its all plastic tubes and junk, you need to go with AN10 lines.

Sophisticated Redneck will come through and even send you just want you are missing to make it work, if you can post what parts you already have.

I do appreciate.. your support of Troy, But I am severely limited on TIME, I am using this as a stop gap measure till I get settled after my move ( pretty solid rear main seal leak and valve cover leak)... I have everything purchased... Per troys orginal Post ... I now just need to figure out 2 last things...

1. do the S63 intakes need to be removed..
2. where do I tap the 6an to 1/8th NPT into so I can run the lines... as they are different than N63...

I dont think I need any parts left to make it work I just need to confirm locations before I hack something and am left with the car unable to operate..

THis is what we're doing, you can go with plastic but we have nice AN fittings to make it look real. I will send you a PM, but the S63 CC do not work well, because of the shared tube, its all over the web that only the drivers side works, and little oil in the passenger, hence why Troy and I are building isolated CCVs for each side of the motor.

very nice looking and I respect that maybe there is something I am not getting.. going to the n63 setup that troy outlined.. Is that not an isolated system? as there is no crossover?

N63 does not have a crossover system.
S63 does and the passenger side will not catch any vapor, its documented all over the web. You have to convert a S63 system to an isolated system for the CCVs to work correctly and catch on both intakes.

OK so I will rephrase what I asked, If you follow the instructions outlined here.. it removes the crossover.. does it not then isolate the the two banks?

I get you say its well documented over the internet.... but could you answer that question.. on the install that I did I removed the crossover, and tapped the line pulling vacuum on the passenger side..

So I ask again. how is my system not isolated?

this is the isolated setup. just an eyesore for what i would do, hence why we are doing an OEM look style, but you have it right, they are isolated, did you set the vacuum right? next is to see if both sides collect the same amount of oil at each interval of oil change.

didnt mean to insult, but i hear you on getting the underhood hoses and their lengths shortened so it looks better. Bummer on the divorce, i think more andmore people are starting to realize the disney channel matrix dream is the biggest con of them all.

the leak can be either lower or upper oil pan, if you do either, you'll need to and want to tighten the oil pump chain, how troy explains it too. unless you got a turbo oil return leak (from the return cover)

I am leaning to return lines..

if i romp on it ill drench the belly pan and the oil gauge will drop 1/4

I know i have a rear main seal and valve cover gasket leak... gonna get my buddy to bore scope it tomorrow.

the gauges all of them I found seem to use what I am used to vacuum lines to read the +/-

and we need to run 2?

This picture though shows an electrical connection on the barb?

also whats your ebay store I was gonna see if I can grab a vent pod mount

Another update on the best CCV setup for any BMW Motor.
Master Genius Troy is nearly complete with the project. Anyone interested in a real system, that looks OEM, and has the performance to back it up, post here, Im sure would be great to get his hard work out on the street.
