DPF DEF SCR Delete in NY CT NJ

Can someone PM me known installers tuners in the Mereo NY area that will install the delete kit on my 2011 X5d. I have 140,000 miles and exhaust emissions system failed. Car will be used for off-roading.

I'm guessing that's illegal in NY, which is prob why no one has said much yet. Maybe try looking at the forums on tdi club https://www.tdiclub.com

How can it be illegal if there are thousands of 2007 and 2008 Mercedes GL320CDI, ML320CDI,and R320CDI registered in NY. Those have no AdBlue systems.
