Phonebook causes phone to shut down
Hey guys, first post in the X6 section
 my brother just picked up an X6M and has been having trouble with his new phone. It is a Vertu Signature edition (the new one) and whenever he tries to go into the phone book (in the car), it turns the phone off for some reason.. he has around 4-500 contacts on it and all his other phones don't seem to have a problem (same contact book) is it a incompatibility? a problem with the phone? the car? any help is appreciated Thanks guys

Get a new car? The phone is newer.. JK.. Normally it means he needs to update to the newest software on his phone or check to see the compatibility of the phone with the car.

I don't see that on the list of compatible phones on US site, I would check the equivalent BMW site for your region.
