Map/Directions from PC to BMW Nav

Read in a recent issue of Roundel that 2009 BMW models with Nav have the ability to receive Map/Directions from a PC. There was no real detail in the article, and my '09 Manual has no information on this feature.

Anybody know how to do this?

Tx,
ANDREW

Siince you're a new member and may not know how to search the forum yet...
This is true of all X6's, if you go to google maps page and look up an address there will be a "send" link on the top right , click on this, select "car", for make select "bmw", select country, enter the email account you have on file with bmw assist for "BMW Assist account name" press send.

in your car go to communication section to accept, it will put directions in your nav system.

Go to BMWusa website for video owners manual, look under bmw assist on page 2, at the bottom. It will go into My Info towards the end of the video, which tells u all about it.
