Just borrowed my boys 550gt for the night, WHY THE F DIDNT BMW give us these lights? I noticed each ring goes into its own led filament rather then on ours where one bulb shines thru the middle then into the outter ring = making it less bright.. its not the weislichts fault they are dim on the outer ring bmw should have made it a bulb on each :\ WE WANT LED DAMNIT!!!!!

** sidenote these badboys are so bright i turned just the rings on and they lit up the road while driving.. barely driveable but that goes to show these things are crazy bright

Update- lights have looked amazing, today i got for the first time 6 errors throughout the daytime while just daylight running lights are on. Dont know whats causing it but im starting to dislike the chime since it happend so frequently on my work drive.


anyone know how to turn the error chime off?

There is no way to do so without custom reprogram. This is the reason why you want to make sure no one has gotten errors, before buying. You're not the first to have this happen with those lights. That's why I was hesitating to order the turn signals from them.

Thank you guys so much for the updates, i was worried about the same issue so i didnt place my order. have u guys tried the Lux v2's. i heard they work the best with x5 e70.
