Whats wrong with my jeep!!!!!

I've a 03 x5 3.0 diesel sport the central locking stop working and the buttons on my key won't lock/open but the boot is working.. Today the zenons and the dash lights started to flicker any one know what is wrong and to top it off the satnav/tv only works half the time any clues!!! Please help

I suggest you take it to the dealer for diagnostics. Oh that would be the BMW dealership and not the Jeep dealership!
