heater control ??

hello I have a heater probleme ? wen I start my car after 5 mn I guet a little bit hot air from my heater but just on left side rt side stay cold and after 10 mn I lost completely the hot temp! did anybody have experience this probleme before ?? tanks in advance

I replace the heater control valve and now its hot !!
