What are these options?

What package do these seats come with?:

What is the button in the bottom row, all the way to the right?

The seats have memory so probably part of a premium package. No multi contour buttons though and those are by far the best (my opinion). The button is for side view cameras part of technology package.

That button is for side view cameras when in drive, but backup camera when in reverse.

Actually, the reverse camera button is on the far left. He is referring to the button on the far right which activates the side view cameras. I have them and still question the need for them, but they are there so....

I could be entirely wrong, but on our diesel our seats looked exatly like that and we didn't have the sport package. Is there different a pattern that makes them part of the sport package? Otherwise, all we had was premium which would explain the 3 memory settings but no multi contour adjustments that we have now.

IIRC, there are 3 seat types.

1. Base
2. Sport
3. Multi-contour

The sport seats have the same controls as the base seats, but have higher bolsters and are a bit firmer overall.

Most swear by the multi-contour seats, but I actually have them in mine and prefer the firmer feel of the sport seats.

Here's a better pic of the sport seats.

I have a 2013 x5 50 base model and those came with the car. They are much better than the base seats. But we never ordered them with the car, anyway I love them
