Highly loaded X5 50i in the market
I came across this today, and thought will post it for any forum member in the market for a used X5:
http://www.zimbrickbmw.com/certified...fd1c3acf71.htm CPO'ed. Loaded with M-sport pkg, Adaptive drive, Active steering, Active seats, Active cruise, Cold weather, tech pkg, lane departure warning, rear entertainment.. Missing just the 3rd row seats. Higher than avg. miles, but CPO'ed and still has a little bit of factory warranty/maintenance remaining. Last edited by bmwx5er; 02-05-2015 at 01:46 PM.. |

That is really loaded. I don't recall seeing any adaptive cruise control before.
I happened to come across a 2013 almost as loaded one for $53k. Seems like it's been really taken care of!! What a deal!! (Shameless plug) http://www.xbimmers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1049609 |

Carfax says this one was part of some corporate fleet, so it appears someone decided to go to party with this car when building it, and pretty much checked all options, except the 3rd row seat and soft-close doors ($88.5K MSRP!!) Your car looks sweet (GLWS)! what are you replacing it with? |

I saw this one too….somebody checked nearly every last box when ordering this one. You mentioned 3rd row is missing…I don't see the optional 20" 333M wheels, but otherwise it has every available package & option in 2012.
Space Gray over Beige…interesting combo. Edit - you mentioned soft close doors. I don't think those were available until later 2012's? Not positive on that but some of the 2012 press kits I've seen don't mention this option. But I have seen some 2012's with it, and they're later builds as I recall. |

It's only slightly high for its age. I'll rephrase my wording to "higher than average" miles. Hopefully, you'll find that more acceptable

no worries - my classification is primarily based on whether the car is likely to out-run factory warranty due to miles, instead of time in service. As it is CPO'ed, that makes it a much sweeter deal.

I would check the production. Date of that 12. My 2012 was delivered in April of 2011. My X5 just hit 40k this week

Would like to see a pic of this beast. Price is reasonable also. And as far as the miles go, you have a few thousand miles to get everything covered under factory warranty before you go into the CPO realm. Cannot beat that.

I bought mine from these guys back in November. Pretty straight up dealer and salesperson, they'll negotiate but not a whole lot. Only hitches were they gave me the wrong front license plate mount, there was a little damage to the front bumper they didn't disclose (which, fortunately for them, is covered up by the front plate mount....except that I haven't put it on yet because it looks so good without it!), and three wheels needed some work. They knocked off $100/wheel when I got there and it was a pretty quick transaction.
