Replacing spark plugs on my X5

Has anyone had to replace spark plugs on a E70 X5 3.0si? I have purchased a set of 6 brand new BOSCH - 0242236510 / FR7NPP332 plugs and have a few questions for you DIY's out there:

1.) Do I need to adjust the gap on these before installation or just install them with default gap size?

2.) What is the torque I need to use on these?
